Clotted cream achieved! Sometimes I think I go overkill, and making your own clotted cream is definitely overkill, but otoh it's going to taste so good that I don't care. I'm making a double batch of scones today and I'll probably have some.

I'm completely finished with sewing for Saturday! I made pleated ruffles and replaced the others on my cap (it looks so much better), and finished the rolled hem on a kerchief I started about two months ago.

It's nice to be done a bit early.
