Haha, Yvette Nicole Brown as a minor minor character on The Office! Ilher. They've had a really amazing number of actors for five-line characters on that show who go on to bigger things, I think.

Arietty came out last winter in France and I rushed to go see it, being a huge Miyazaki fan. Granted, I never read the source material, but I thought it was wonderful, full of magic and beauty in a non-sappy way, as per usual with Ghibli. I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I heard about Downton Abbey and I was wondering if I should watch it this summer, do you recommend it?

The trouble is, everyone I know of who'd never read Howl's Moving Castle loved the movie, and I admit it's an amazing movie in and of itself. It was the adaptation aspect that horrified me. :D I'll give it a chance, though - Borrowers isn't anywhere near as dear to me as HMC.

YES YES YES I RECOMMEND IT HEARTILY. It's fantastic. Great costumes, great acting, great writing - possibly the best historical series I've seen.
