Okay, well, I must to bed
Feb. 27th, 2014 08:56 pmDiscovered my ability to download audiobooks from the library onto my phone today. MIND: BLOWN. I listened to twelve chapters of a biography of Gypsy Rose Lee, American Rose, and it's very good, I recommend it.
I also recommend Mary Lovell's The Sisters, about the Mitfords, but I'm going to write about all my Mitford feels once I finish.
Oh, and I wrote a really in-depth outline for most of an 1870 fantasy novel. Why?? I will never actually write it. But somehow the ideas kept popping into my head and I had to get them down.
Beginning to scrape together a character for Pathfinder so I can achieve the next level of Nerd and play with Sean and his friends. It's not like any of it is in any way new to me as I played a loooot of Baldur's Gate once upon a time, but the computer doesn't judge you for constantly playing a half-elf rogue. I have to restrain my Mary Sue tendencies! But at the same time I don't want to be, like, a halfling cleric just to be non-Mary Suish. Or a human fighter or something.
