Hmm

I'm really considering doing the Historical Sew Monthly 2015, guys. Not just in a writing way like I thought about a couple of months ago, but for real. Warping as much of it as possible to be about my bustle gown, of course - since January is foundations and I've decided not to make a hotter, curvier corset, I'm going to start with the bustle itself. Any recommendations for patterns? I'm looking for something like this with a definite bell shape. TV108 seems kind of vertical to me.
