Mar. 7th, 2015 08:32 pmWell, here I am, ensconced in Canton! Everyone was asking me if I felt nervous or excited but seriously, I just feel disoriented and weird. Like ... this is my home now? I'm living here? How bizarre. I have to buy things like Ajax and curtains. 27 is kind of late to be having this crisis but better late than never.
I'm watching (on a tv without a stand, leant up against the wall on the floor) the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, which is adorable. The third episode has this old actor in it whose voice struck me as so familiar - I finally realized that he was the grandfather in Grey Gardens, the uncle in High Society, and something else I can't think of (the Mysterious Man, maybe?). Weird to see his face after just hearing him for years and years (my relationship to 75% of Broadway personages).
