GOD WILL YOU STOP MOPING KAREN. I am not whining about not becoming a chief curator right off the bat, I am actually happy that I have an internship because experience is useful. When I get a paid internship I'm going to be even happier. It's one thing to be disappointed when you don't get something you don't expect you'd get anyway; it's another to be disappointed when you don't get something you shouldn't have expected to get but did for some reason. It is actively annoying that you seem to think being in the ensemble is a bad or unfair thing rather than a really good opportunity, given that you couldn't even manage that before. Even though you said the opposite at the end of the ep, it was not convincing.

In other words: I overidentify and feel like I'm being told I'm failing when I think I'm ... not winning, but jogging along pretty well in the middle.

Dear all of the characters, maybe if you lived in less fancy apartments you wouldn't have to worry so much about money, just a thought.

Ha, I got so worried that Tom was going to call for Ivy to be cut for unethical behavior, but I was so pleased that he was actually thinking of her welfare.

Ivy is basically Marilyn, though, isn't she. Destructive relationships. :(

Tom and Julia are so great together, I love them and I love that I love them.
