This is a bit silly

chocolatepotI emailed work - have no phone numbers - to see what the plan was for today (since a lot of schools are closed/closing at noon), which means I won't get a response until 9, which means I can't get there until 9:45. I feel like a bit of a slacker, but I really really didn't want to get there and find out nobody was coming and then go home, esp. as I often get there before anyone else and sit far away in a room by myself. So I could possibly get there and be doing things and not find out that it's raining or that nobody else came in until lunch.
TBH they probably don't care that much, they have the money to pay me for a certain amount of days and don't generally seem to mind when I take days off. Also I'm not in this Tues-Thurs, so. But I still feel bad, like I'm cheating and they're going to look at their email and go OH THAT CASSIDY SHE JUST LIKES TO AVOID WORK.
