I feel like such a doofus. Nothing at all has been happening here, guys. I could totes have gone to work this morning and maybe left around now just to be careful.

The NOAA site was saying yesterday that it was going to start raining by 10 or 11. It's 4 and it's not doing anything yet. A bit windy, but that's it. :|

I hope it stays like that! But hurricanes are tricksy. Everything can seem perfectly fine one hour, and the next the sky is falling on you. So don't feel like a doofus, just stay safe.

Oh, yeah, it makes sense in a logical way that I shouldn't have risked it. It's just the whole 20/20 hindsight thing, I can't help but feel like I kind of wasted the day doodling on the internet looking at dresses, and watching Malcolm in the Middle on Netflix.
