Self-indulgent
Feb. 20th, 2013 07:04 amDreams last night, I think because I went to bed at nine with a nasty headache and nausea.
I can't remember how it started, but it was the 1840s/50s (Catherine Cooksonland) and I was driving myself in a carriage up to a house. I wasn't related to the family that lived there, and they were one of those big farming families. Can't remember what happened inside, I think they welcomed me somewhat warmly, but I went out again and as I drove/walked down the long drive, which for some reason was full of other carriages now, I caught sight of ~my love~ (who was part of the family that lived there). Played by The Moth-era Jack Davenport. He didn't recognize me at first when I called out to him, but then he got down and stared into my eyes and we had a magical moment together. But when we went back to the house, suddenly everyone was really hostile to us. There was some sort of rivalry between Jack and his brother (played by Tom Goodman-Hill), and because we were together they also took it out on me.
I am still mourning the fact that it got turned into something where I was living in a big, expensive apartment building where everyone was in Gossip Girls fandom while also looking like they were in Gossip Girl. And it was a big deal if you had unpopular opinions. I've never even seen Gossip Girl! How did I get unpopular opinions about it?
