Second double ruffle done! I like sliding them up onto my arm and swishing them around. I still think this fabric is too opaque but it also still looks pretty. I'm not happy with my gathering - I'm cutting the bands out straight, but they're coming out really wrinkled after I sew them down on both sides. I think I just mainly need to be a bit more careful when I gather, make sure it's even and nothing's overlapping.
