Unfortunately, at the same time its explanation is basically "there haven't been enough cases to determine whether or not a website's ToS that doesn't require you to click your agreement is legally binding. Sorry!" BAH. It's not a huge deal, and if nobody's making a fuss over all the photos of dressed mannequins from various big museums it's pretty unlikely anyone would have a problem with my use of fashion plates ... BUT WHAT IF.
