WHY DID YOU REMIND ME OF THAT

The ones I'm thinking of are basically your average romance novel heroine - half the time the hero's the only one who thinks she's beautiful, she usually has a specific talent/interest but isn't super fantastic at it, etc. I'm generally bored to death by romance novels at this point, but this part's just not the thing that bothers me.
