Yeah, the thing is I fell out of love while playing 3 because it was too easy ... but at the same time, I'm not sure I won't be frustrated with the graphics and some of the aspects of gameplay that I was once used to. It will probably be 2.
Actually, I'm thinking about getting a used copy of Black & White 2 because I really loved the first one back in the day, but ended up frustrated because I think my computer at the time couldn't handle the program and it would get laggy and annoying. It was v. hard to control at times, I would accidentally throw villagers when I wanted to set them down nicely, etc. But now that I'm living in a future with 4GB of RAM ...
After I played 3 for a little while, I stopped playing Sims at all for the same reason, I thought I'd hate the graphics of 2 after playing 3. But then I installed both, compared them directly, and I actually vastly prefer the Sims 2 graphics. The only thing I miss from 3 is that the plants sway in the wind. I do have a lot of custom content for 2, of course.
