I've written about three pages single-spaced on the lead-up of 1780s chemise gowns and the nitty-gritty of, seriously, 1797-1799 ... and it's starting to occur to me that I should do like what I did for my thesis and split it up into construction/embellishment, hair/headgear, outerwear sections because it is monstrously unwieldy the way I have it now and is only getting more unreadable.

:| indeed, though I'm glad I've decided this now rather than later, but how many more times can I write in detail about this period without crying??
