I'm just going to say this. It is a total asshole move for businesses to use more than 25 "strongly agree - strongly disagree" personality questions in their online applications. And apart from the assholishness inherent in forcing people to answer all of these idiotic questions (half of which are repeats, worded slightly differently), it's another level of asshole to do it when you know most of the applicants are never going to hear anything from you.
