chocolatepotWorking like a dog this weekend (2-10, then 11-6, then 2-10). I put in an application at Babbage's, figuring that even though it's probably as corporate as Candles, at least I can hang out with other nerds, but looking at the internet it sounds like they manage to be just as bad. And that they want you to have serious game knowledge. Hmm. :/ Well, if I get an interview I'll just be honest, and in the meantime I'll try to send out some letters to museums.
Speaking of museums, I went to the Munsen-Williams-Proctor Inst. in Utica and saw the wedding gown exhibit. It was great! I'll do a longer review of it later.
Enchanted Serenity of Period Films has been posting a lot about the upcoming season of Downton Abbey lately. Probably my favorite posts are the one on Brendan Coyle (apparently he "has that mixture of cuddly and dangerous") and the link to an article on the costume designer.
