Aug. 28th, 2012 10:30 amHuh, this is interesting. Summary: speculation that ACD!Sherlock was able to be completely fooled by Irene at the end because he underestimated her intelligence because she was a woman, but Moffat!Sherlock eventually "won" because he didn't.
I'm working on calling museums (have to take breaks) - two I left messages at, one of which didn't have a personalized voicemail message so I'm not entirely certain it's the right place, and the Old Stone Fort has nothing 18th century but some women's clothing in the first quarter of the 19th century, which is good because I needed more sources for that.
