chocolatepotI feel so dumb. Ever since I started posting these fashion plates, my views have shot up - but the hits on each entry have been really low. It juuust occurred to me that this is because there's no cut in these posts, so people are reading them from my main page - I usually cut all my posts because they have lots of pictures or lots of text, so I'm used to being able to see exactly what people are reading.
Finally watching the Hollow Crown. I'd been saving it so Dad and I could watch it together but he'd just sleep through it anyway (not because he's a boor who doesn't care about Shakespeare but because he can't watch anything without falling asleep). The costumes look really good so far, which is impressive since people so rarely even try to do medieval clothing correctly. I haven't even seen any knitted chain mail spray-painted metallic with clinking sounds dubbed in over it (and trust me, that is not limited to really crappy and low-budget things).
