Dec. 29th, 2012 11:04 amI hate it when someone is judgy about something, and you're not sure if you did what they're being judgy about or if you did it the "right" way, and you can't figure out if they're judging you or not, and you don't want to ask because what if they are, it's not like they're going to tell you you're tacky.
Reading the Mr. D. Takes a W. summaries (scripts? what are these called now? sporking has a certain connotation these days), I think I've hit on one of the author's problems, which plenty of other people share ... in the book(/miniseries because this one's apparently miniseries fic), Darcy's treated as way awesome because he's at the top of their social circle. So Berdoll goes, oh, he's the best and richest ever. Missing the fact that no, he's not going to be presented at court and considered better than titled people.
WTF is with this 18yo in Honey & Clover who looks and acts like a child. It's creepy.
Scaling up corset pattern. :( This is a lot harder than any other scaling up I've done. Stupid Edwardians making complicated underwear.
