chocolatepotWhy do all this guy's Delineators have to be up while I'm at my interview? Why couldn't he stagger them? I'm going to bid before I go but I waaaant. I haven't bought a fashion magazine in ages.
Going to try a pair of ruffles with whipped gathers on a tape this afternoon or tomorrow. I like the look of the stroked gathers more, but the whipped-on-a-tape ruffle I did last night stands out really well. But the thing is, Garsault says to use the whole width of the tape for three ruffles - how do you sew it to the inside of the sleeve??
I'd like to go to this symposium. It's kind of far away, though, I'd have to spend two nights in a motel and I'm not super into that idea. Maybe if I went with someone else ...
I am going to apply for this Newport curatorial fellowship, which I don't think I stand a huge chance of getting but it'd be so perfect. I'm good at cataloguing! And this internship, because again, good at cataloguing. Also that one's in New York.
