chocolatepotI got turned down for the civil service tests because I didn't attach a transcript right or something, but I'm straightening that out and I'm not going to freak out, I'm not, because it's getting faxed in tomorrow and they're going to be like "okay, looks good, we'll let you in now."
AAaaaaaaaah my Gatsby post is getting some nice attention on Tumblr, I got a "bless this post" gif and that NEVER happens. I should do some more movie reviews.
I'm probably not going to pipe the seams in my bodice - the modern Joann's piping is so thick and icky, it would just look ridic. Maybe for the neckline and bottom edge, though.
I bought an 1897 Delineator on eBay, and I can't even claim it was out of anxiety over the tests because I bought it before I found out. It was more because I had the chance to swoop in and get it at less than $20 with shipping.
